Lumina Homes, the affordable housing arm of Vista Land, and The Filipino Channel (TFC) awarded Luzviminda Pelon, a lucky OFW based in Kuwait, an Angelique Townhouse unit for her and her family in the Philippines.

In order to reach our kababayans abroad, Lumina Homes teamed up with TFC a few years ago, and have spearheaded events for OFWs and their families.
Last year, they launched the much-awaited Win a Home Season 3 in Europe and the Middle East. To join, participants only needed to snap photos of the promo partners and sign up to the Lumina Homes newsletter.
The grand draw was broadcast live last December on TFC’s YouTube channel and selected TFC Facebook pages. Pelon, the grand winner, won a 36-sqm Angelique Townhouse unit.
The house-and-lot features a living room, dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and toilet, provision for two bedrooms, one carport, and a service area. Last year, Lumina Homes has also enhanced its houses by including ready fence, tiles and other fixtures, letting new homeowners move in quicker.
