On June 20, 2022 at Hilton Manila hold SME Circle Awards to highlight the innovation and leaders who are promoting inclusiveness and more jobs for the Filipino people.
In the Philippines, Small and Medium Enterprise of SMEs are defined as any enterprise with 10 to 199 employees and with assets valued from P3 million to P100 million.
SMEs and micro enterprises combined make up 99.6% of establishments in the country this making them as the modern day heroes for helping the economy.
Tag Media Group with advisers like Dr. Elton See Tan and Robert Laurel Yupangco of Yupangco Group nominated 4 outstanding individuals and these are Rene (RJ) Ledesma Jr of Mercato Centrale, Marjorey Rubio of Becxs Logistic Solution, Gerry Santos of Mr. Freeze Tube Ice and special award for Elisha Pontanares for her achievement in music.
The event is the first under Tag Media Group for SMEs since during pandemic, these emerging and young leaders are the one shining more by hiring displaced employees and innovating to help the economy.
